Beginner - Level 1.1, 1.2, 1.3

In each session we'll work on:

  • Technique & biomechanics: Popup, posture, balance on board
  • Mindset & confidence in the ocean: Wave reading, basic positioning
  • Practical nutrition & recovery: Hydration, pre-surf meals
  • Visual feedback & progression tracking: Video review of your first waves

Intensive Surf Program

Early Intermediate - Level 1.2, 1.3, 2.1

Correct key patterns, read waves better and unlock your next level
